Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Rattlers purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how our returns and exchanges work.

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, with original packaging and tags.

  • We do not accept returns on sale items.

  • FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item for the same product, email us at hello.rattlers@gmail.com for instructions.

  • Please include a pre-paid return postage bag for us to send your replacement item.

  • Exchange processing times may vary depending on your location.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at hello.rattlers@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return postage.

Important Notes

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Rattlers is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

  • If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
