Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your Rattlers purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how our returns and exchanges work.
Returns

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, with original packaging and tags.

We do not accept returns on sale items.

FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Exchanges

To exchange an item for the same product, email us at hello.rattlers@gmail.com for instructions.

Please include a pre-paid return postage bag for us to send your replacement item.

Exchange processing times may vary depending on your location.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at hello.rattlers@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return postage.
Important Notes

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Rattlers is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
